Awards:

The scholarship funds will be paid directly to the school of the chosen recipient.
The determination of a specific award in any given year is at the discretion of the Scholarship Selection Committee of the Zachary Davis Memorial Foundation.

Selection Criteria:

Scholarships are available as directed by the Scholarship Selection Committee of the Zachary Davis Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Applications will be reviewed by the group based on the following guidelines:

1. – Completed Applications

2. – Written Statement of Career Goals (not more than 250 words)

3. – School Transcript

4. – Letter of Recommendation
